4. Samples
Sample availability, sample cost, shipping cost, and sample delivery time will be confirmed separately. Sample approval may be required before bulk production, especially for customized OEM/ODM products.
5. OEM/ODM Customization
For customized products, buyers are responsible for providing correct artwork, logo files, packaging requirements, technical specifications, sizes, colors, and compliance needs.
The buyer confirms that any logo, brand name, design, or artwork provided to us does not infringe the rights of any third party.
6. Product Suitability
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct gloves for their intended use, working environment, safety requirements, and applicable local standards.
We can provide product information and recommendations, but final product selection and testing should be confirmed by the buyer.
7. Payment, Shipping, and Delivery
Payment terms, trade terms, shipping method, delivery time, and responsibility for customs duties or import taxes will be agreed separately in writing.
Delivery times are estimates unless clearly confirmed otherwise. Delays may occur due to production, logistics, customs, weather, holidays, or other events beyond our control.
8. Quality and Claims
We aim to provide stable quality and reliable products. If there is any quality issue, the buyer should contact us promptly with order details, photos, videos, inspection reports, or other supporting evidence.
Any claim, replacement, refund, or compensation will be reviewed based on the agreed order terms and the actual situation.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, product photos, logos, graphics, and layout, belongs to KR Safety or its content providers unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use our website content for commercial purposes without written permission.
